I didn't become financially independent until I was in my mid 40s, in addition to owning a second house making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future! By participating in the financial market, I took a significant decision.

Wow..how did you go about it , I have been trying to invest for a while now.

In general, investing necessitates more expertise. As a result, it's critical to have a good support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through the process, especially when it comes to asset selection. I work with (Alex Martin Tarlor), a licensed wealth management firm's investment advisor. For the record, experience has been the most beneficial to my finances.

By definition, passive income is income acquired with “minimal work” not “no work”. Paul is THE man, but I feel he has aspersions against the term itself. It doesn’t bother me.
@gevitz7711 ай бұрын
I love it. As I was listening to Paul on interest, dividends, music/books, real estate, I thought “huh?”. Dividends are ok, but what about growth? Tax on interest is high and not your best result. And apartments and writing music/books are serious work. I was relieved when you came clean.

I get dividends every week and I’m more than happy to get it. If a company has nothing better to invest in, I’m totally fine with getting that check. And I understand the source and the taxes. But I retain 100% of my ownership interest while receiving taxable cash flow.

I subscribed because you don't sugar coat making money. I find it interesting how people believe the wealthy are "lucky". That's BS. They are some of the hardest workers on this planet. The 1% doesn't fear hard work and I have great respect for them. The Shark Tank panel is an example. They work hard and are relentless about their trade and are billionaires for reason. They might come across as arrogant, but they are simply confident if their own skin are truly great human beings. Their advice is always the same... find what you're good at and work your ass off and do it better than most and you'll be fine.

Why would you ever buy a stock that doesn't pay a dividend if you're going to hold it for 10, 15 or 20 years? Buying back shares only helps you if you plan on selling the stock. If the stock is paying me good money why would I ever sell it?

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
