Found this channel recently ,and it’s motivated & Encouraged me to eat better ,cleaner ,and more Organic foods !😊In the past months I had a bible study with some friends .. I have realized that what we eat does effect our health ,and mind (The way we think ),and our relationship with God ,our body is a temple ,I have had the hardest time eating a lot of sugar since I was little til now (Almost feels like an addiction ) ,I have really bad cramps which I believe is caused from a hormone imbalance in my body ,I have gum disease I think it might be called gingivitis,my iron is very low ,my body will not absorb pill form iron so I had to get iron infusions at the cancer care center ,I’m 28 years old ,I want to feel great ,and live as long as I can God willing!Thank you for this video I thought to myself how can I start eating healthy it just seems impossible I was looking for videos and I came across yours ,anything is possible with GOD!Thank you for this beautiful video I’m learning something new Everytime I watch your videos by the grace of God!😊🌸

There are many foods both non Biblical and Biblical that can help with mental heath. St. John's wort, blue berries, figs honey even fish etc and several minerals such as magnesium, iodine (small small amounts) and phosphorus (small small amount) and etc. Foods must be eaten in a clean environment to be beneficial to the health and mental, well being of any one trying to clean and fix up one's health. Often times we live in a environment that may be damaging to our food stores. Along with good sound medical and nutritional advice and knowledge, foods that Christ ate can result in healthy diet and life. Look up foods that Christ ate plus information from other nutritional knowledge sources to understand and put together an understanding of your needs. Also remember it not always what Christ ate or who ate what that matters, but it's the amount of foods that Christ ate as well as foods that one doesnt go over board. Blessings. 🙏✨🍇🍋🍍🍆🐟

Thank you for reminding everyone of our need for more Magnesium in our body as we age. We take Calm & also use Epsom salts. 30 years ago I wanted to be a Nutrionist. I think dried fruits like figs, dates, raisins have lot of natural sugar, not good for pre or diabetics although those fruits are nutritious. Since they taste so good, I can't help eating more than 8 dates in one setting. And then, I feel tired, dizzy, not feeling well. Then I know eating too much dried fruits raises blood sugar. I do not buy dried fruits anymore. If I crave, I buy little from the bin and wash them in boiling water before I eat because many hands touch the bins and the scoops at the store. Thank you. I can tell you that if you weigh yourself before a shower and again, after, you will weigh about a half pound more after. Does that translate to absorbing the minerals, I don't absolutely know but it would make sense. Our skin is a sponge. Glenn

Years ago I used to do this as a demonstration. If you wonder if your body absorbs through the skin. Cut a clove of garlic and rub it on the bottom of your foot. Lol. You can instantly taste garlic. There is your answer.

I’ve eaten healthy, meaning no sugar, gluten, junk food etc for many years, but my health continues to deteriorate. Im down to 90 lbs and healthy for me is 110. I’ve done the Makers diet, Leaky gut diet, low fodmap, low histamine, anti Candida etc. I know the spiritual aspect is the key for me personally.

Re: epsom salt, isn’t salt used to draw water out of things and as a preservative? So, wouldn’t it be taking water out of the body, causing greater dehydration?

It is used to reduce swelling in joints. It is used when you have too much water retention and for relaxation and you are only using the recommended amount

@@bobkernahan6340 Money?? You have no idea who Gregor is as a person. The multi billion dollar meat industry is the one about money. Even the creator of this youtube page agrees that a plant based is best, and most importantly, so does God. Furthermore, if that isn't enough proof, virtually all the blue zones (zones where people live the longest) contain either vegans or those that eat mostly only fish with tons of fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds as in the Mediterranean diet. I won't even go on about eggs because I can tell you're resigned to keep eating what your heart desires and not what God would want.

This is silly. The egg scripture is an analogy and does not mean that eggs are good for you. Just curious which day you consider to be the Sabbath day? The Sabbath that even Adam and Eve kept, who were not Jewish.
