The problems with the Mil SA trade is that Mil does not have control of many of their picks over the next 5 yrs or so, so tanking does not make as much sense. And outside of Sochan, none of the players coming back are very good. Sure there are quite a few picks but who knows how good that ATL or DAL picks will be. The other trades make some sense, however I believe that all of the players coming back to CHA from ORL are guards so that would not be likely.
