Americans use too much antibiotics. I've had a few times a cyst and I handled it myself without antibiotics. For the first time I've seen that cyst must be treated with antibiotics on American videos. I just sprayed antiseptic on it and it healed. My friends said the same.

Most of the time if they get out most of the pus and left open so it can heal without antibiotics, but it’s that one person that didn’t get antibiotics that ends up having massive infections

LuhBtw actually it looks like a staph infection. All they’d do at a doctor would be to drain it, take a culture to send off and send you home on antibiotics. In a healthy person it wouldn’t hurt to drain this and keep an eye on it. If you were to start showing signs of infection then that is when you go to the doc for medication.
