Hi, i'm planning to do an RV trip next year. Is june a good month? Is it not too cold? (i'm living on a warm island haha). And i saw some drone shots. Is it allowed there? so i can bring mine. Nice video btw

Yes we went early June and it was perfect for us! However, some of the lakes may still be frozen over so you have to monitor that and plan accordingly. It was a bit chilly at night but during the day the weather was pretty great. Not sure about the drone but if it’s like the United States then it’s prohibited since it’s a national park.

What part of June did you guys go? We’re looking to go next year and debating May/June but we don’t want to go when the trails are closed and lake is frozen.

We went the first week of June. May could be a little bit early as there may still be closures. We got very lucky to be able to enjoy everything we were able to early June!

Yes they do have different tours/buses that you can take while in Banff! We rented a car because we wanted to be flexible with our plans.
