Doing a small amount of a diamond painting each day is going really well for me. I'm doing them in the morning and then free to relax and watch you later. Loving the advent calendar. Its so nice having a lovely gift each day! 😊❤❤🎉🎉

Hi Everyone, The old saying pride comes before a fall is very appropriate. Having said yesterday how well I was going with Pattern Keep, have a chuckle on me, I mucked up in a couple of areas & had to remove or move diamonds then redo as I was being cocky, Laughs on me. All sorted now & still love Pattern Keeper. Totally my own fault. Hope everyone is enjoying the Waffle and having a great December so far, Love all the Advent bits, can't believe you find time to do all that with all you and your family do for all us zesties

I caught up on yesterday and today's WIP and waffles. I got my Chart to Art Picture finished by early afternoon and love it. I got my order from Friday night confirmation it's being sent . `I'm now making `Christmas cards and my office/craft room looks like a bomb site. I'll need to tidy to get to my work desk for first thing in the morning, too much stuff, not enough space and too little time

Yesterday we decorated the house for Christmas... kind of. We put up the tree, lit it, and the garland. Then we got out all of the other Christmas decor out of the storage boxes and at least put those in the relative rooms, only hanging some up. The ornaments still need to go on and the rest of the decor is just sitting on the coffee table and such to be fixed into place later. Regardless, given that is has been a month trying to get the Christmas decor out, it's nice to have what we have out -- and my cat is quite happy because she now has her "laying tree", aka she lays underneath it and naps. This morning I finished a set of angel keychains and kitted that down, so one WIP project is done. I also only have 4 days left of the DAS advent calendar and am still working on those. But I had an itch for a round, so I did a few sections on a budget mountain piece that I still need to finish. Who says you only have to do one at a time anyways?

Rebecca I am having such a BLAST with your advent! This is my first advent EVER! Sadly I have already found the trash bin coming in handy 😖 but it’s just such a darling little tray that it makes the trash not hurt as much 😂 Thank you for showing us the ornament. I slapped myself in the forehead when you said you used double sided adhesive 🤦‍♀️I have miles of that stuff! The cover papers just made me so happy 😊 Can’t wait for day 5! PS where can we find your blog?

Thank you for letting me know where I can find the mega HEAD project videos. I will go through and watch the lot of them. What other diamond art projects has your mom done since then? It would be so cool if you could find a way to have your mom join you on a video or live sometime. I know she is In Australia so that would be hard or impossible but I think it would be such a treat to have her on. Hugs and love as always to your and the zesty family.

Tree is still not decorated, as I had other stuff to do today. I did my section this morning and I’ve finished the charted canvas. It’s lovely. I’m racing ahead as I know things will get crazy here as the month progresses so I’m getting as much as I can done now while it’s calmer. I’m wrapping presents while I’m watching instead. I love the cover paper, it’s really elegant.

Hey Rebecca hope ur all well. Just want to say me and Jay are loving all the goodies in our advents and so glad we don't have to share haha. With the chat going on regarding Markup rxp/pattern keeper, I started out on markup from last year and ended up purchasing it earlier in nov when DAS released more chart 2 art kits, but downloaded pattern keeper free trail period this week and started using it on day 3 of the woodlands winter tale and to be fair think I prefer it and more than likely purchase after trail 😊. Also to add both me and jay use the metal ruler for a straight edge and have the hanging on S hooks on each of our drafting tables x

Sorry late addon question..... Are you able to tell us what software you used to chart the diamond art you created? would you be willing to dedicate a video to showing us the process after the December waffle? I have a photo of my daughter that I am wanting to chart myself and create a diamond art of so I can use my own diamonds with it. This way I would only have to buy a canvas. It would be like my very own chart to art or HEAD.

Happy 4th everyone! It feels so good to be back. I hope I can continue after the advent. So, I don’t know if I told you all that we bought a class B van. Which is the tiny, tiny motor home…ish van. We bought it in July and did a few small trips to test it out. In September we flew to Canada to watch a curling tournament. That was a dream of mine!! Had a blast. 🥌🥌🥌🥌 And the story continues….. 🧡🧡🧡🐢🐢🐢
