We looked fairly comfortable at 1-0 up with Wycombe making little chances. Then Taylor makes 5 changes. We then look out of shape. Then as expected we concede 2 goals! I don't understand why he would make so many changes 🤷‍♂️

As a WWFC supporter I was disappointed with the goal we gave away but what surprised me was the total lack of ambition by BRFC to kick on and put the game to bed. You sat back and invited us to come at you and that is just what we did and once we made the breakthrough with a super goal from Harvie there was only ever going to be one winner. In your defence you didn't play badly at times especially during the first half but even with the lead you looked rudderless. You have some good players your gaffer now has to make them into a team.

Totally agree with you Charlie. Blaming the players is like asking Maureen from driving school to get in an F1 car, then blaming the car! These are players that are proven at this level and are underperforming…because they are clearly confused and unconfident. Taylor hasn’t got a clue and will not improve us, no matter how long you give him. He has to go before it’s too late and we end up back in L2

Quite the stat on Taylor. Needs a couple more weeks in my view though. I've liked his willingness to be brave with tactics at the start of the season and with selection. Things can ALWAYS change but it needs more from the players. Unfortunately Griffiths was impeded for that goal but he needed to be stronger and smarter. The GK situ MUST be addressed NOW to keep Griffiths challenged. A wind of change is on its way...!

There was a moment in the 2nd half where we had 3 players around there no20 who went down and he still won the ball and got his pass away from on the floor . And to me that summed us up . And again keeper should be coming for that cross , punch or catch but at least make a challenge . It’s every week . And the size of their back 3/4 and we are playing long ball ? I really wanted MT to do well but I’m fed up of watching the same poor performances . RTID utg

Absolutely gutted. Wycombe have always been a bogey team so I wasn’t expecting much, would have taken a draw but to lose at the death of the game is so disappointing. Struggling to find excuses for Taylor myself now. Hopefully we can get something from the next 2 games

Based on his stats, and if this was 36 games in a single season, he’s on track to lose 25-26 games (55% lose rate). That would have us finishing in 23rd place for each of the last 3 League 1 tables. It’s not just the results or points, the team looks totally empty and bereft, unfortunately in this instance a change is essential.
