I remember how big these were in the '80s. Guys wore them too. I had a bunch. I remember peaking on them in the spring of '88 in college when I had like 10 of them. I'd sometimes notice people staring at my left wrist. Mini-clipboards were great for making them.

Hey Miss Glue Gun! I was wondering how to prevent the striped bracelet (the one similar to chevron) from twisting. Since the knots always go in the same direction, the bracelet tends to twist in that direction as well, creating weird sides. Yours does not seem to do this. Any tips? Thank you!
@georgiayerkes74104 жыл бұрын
RunawayQueen I know this is no solution -solution but when I make bracelets like that as it gets longer I usually place something on it to keep it flat, something with a little weight and by the end it’s not too twisty. I hope that works for you but I’m not sure ! 😊
@chlo224 жыл бұрын
if youre using tape to hold it down, whenever it gets long enough to twist, move the tape to where it cant twist anymore. another way is hold the bottom string taunt when making the knot. it works for me to prevent twisting. goodluck
