Very nice diorama I live less than 10km next to sedan ! The old buildings don't look exactly like the one you made but it's still a very good job !

TThank you. Very glad you like it. I collected as many photos, paintings and drawings from this period as I could find on the internet. The building is fictional but based on research. Lets not forget that 18th-century (and older) buildings have mostly disappeared in Europe - due to the industrial revolution and war(s) damage.

@@yaroslavusartem you are right Almost all the old buildings that I see in the area are made of ocher colored stone that was quarried in my village The old buildings are still the majority in the centers of towns and villages, it seems to me that the Germans did not really bombard my region each time they passed here because we are very close to Belgium and they were "blitzkrieging" because that was the very beginning of the wars
