Blame the courts for decades of unquestioned backing the blue, resisting is a separate charge so even if you dont commit a crime the moment they decide too detain you to question or ID you are not resisting if you decide to question and not just let a random person handcuff and toss you in the back of a car.

If the woman had nothing to hide, she would have easily stepped out. She intentionally "poked the bear". She was told that a fugative had run that way and she was convenienty there. For all they knew she was at gunpoint by the fugative and cop wanted to get her away from harm. She chose to be abbrasive. Multiple requests for her to step out on her own were escalated by her. Until they were sure the fugitive hadnt carjacked her, they are obligated to investigate and pu her from danger.

not sure , I've been arrested 3 times in two states and was sent to prison in Ohio only to prove my Innocence" "miracle "" and have supreme court drop the case. once in Kentucky for child support ! dead beat dad ! was so happy didn't know I had any kids ! well turns out I didn't ! bummer ! and me and my ugly brother was tearing down his old house when cops rolled up took us both to jail for Burglary ! yea ! stayed two weeks until cops found the home owner , turns out he was in jail also !home owner refused to press charges ! lol only in Kentucky can make this shit up ! all 3 times by different City police . so I have no respect for any law period , maybe they will teach me some but until then it is what it is .oh and im white , not that it matters but to some it does , ive heard anyway
