here at 1:45 when I click on apply changes I got notification that "If you apply changes then program pointer will destroy" what should I do Now ?

I have a problem which occurs time after time (but not always): I would like to modify a named position via the FlexPendant, using the Program Editor view. I run the program and stop it at the desired target, so the motion pointer is set. Then I jog away, and select the position name and i can't click on "Modify position" button, please help what's wrong in my step?
