4 food colours 🌈

I tried making food colour at home for the first time, what a fun experiment! Here are some of my observations: ✅ Adds a lighter pastel colour compared to synthetic colour. ✅ Add more veggies for brighter colours (don’t be kanjoos😁). ❌ Unlike synthetic colours, these have a mild flavour since things like vanilla added to mask flavour of veggies. Although, quantity of food colours added is too less to over power the flavours. 🎉 I added it to frostings, made ice-cream and enjoyed it! Imagine adding purple colour to d cake or cream along with baking soda 😢 Red cabbage extract is a natural indicator in base it turns yellow to green in colour... 😅so instead of purple cake u may end up with green colour...

You can't mention it as chemical free. Pure water itself is a chemical compound made from 2 hydrogen atom and 1 oxygen atom. So it is food coloring made from natural products but still doesn't mean it is chemical free.
