Paris-Roubaix is harder than anything I’ve ridden. It’s loosely set angular cobblestones, usually made slippery by the rain. It shakes you to the core. Fortunately there is beer and French fries at the finish !

@freddixon I was 62. Probably like you I can not ride locally without climbing so I didn’t do any special training
