Use a purple shampoo like fanola no yellow or a light gray/silver semi-permanent to color like adore, manic panic or arctic fox to tone it back to silvery. Alternatively, you can use a 10A demi-permanent hair color with 5 or 10 volume developer to tone it back to ash and this will last longer. I don't know what brands they have in England but there is Joico lumishine, redkin shades eq gloss and wella color charm and color touch demi-permanents (it must be a demi-permanent). And It's something you can do yourself or have your girlfriend help you do.
@joeisblu6 жыл бұрын
amazing. I'll def look up some of those semi-permanent solutions! I've already tried a platinum blonde purple shampoo and it hasn't worked. Thanks very much for the advice :)
@DanteVelasquez6 жыл бұрын
Yes, color depositing shampoos are basically watered down semi-permanents so they are good for weekly or daily refreshing and quick fixes. Using a full strength semi-permanent will deposit more color and wash out in about 4 weeks. A demi-permanent (with 5 or 10 volume only) will tone better and can last up to 6 weeks. Make a video for us of you toning :-)

My son is looking for a clay that will hold his hair. He is going for a style similar to yours. He has very thick and wavy hair. It's a little shorter than yours though. Which clay would you recommend for his hair. He has tried a bunch of products.
@Tonyxfitt5 жыл бұрын
I don’t have thick hair but if he wants a good heavy hold I’d recommend by Vilain gold digger, O’Douds matte paste, or Clutch XL. they all have a bit of tug on application but honestly the hold is great on all it I think they are great for thicker hair. But it lasts me even till the next morning I just have to reapply a bit if I want to re style. I hope something works for him that he likes!

Joe, I’m a huge fan of your work and I’m looking to try some of your BluMaan products soon (namely Cavalier clay for my particular hairstyle). I know in this video you linked the video you did a little while ago of your “updated” disconnected undercut hairstyle, but that looks much more clean-cut and combed-through than the hairstyle you’re rocking in this video, if that makes sense. I’m really digging the messier-looking hairstyle you have in this video, and would really appreciate if you could post a new uncut hair routine for this style! I would greatly enjoy seeing it, and I’ve seen that many others are asking about it as well.
