I feel you. As a curly girl with two black parents, giving me *lovely* 4c hair, I cannot wash my hair every day. It's dry. So dry that I'm always adding oils to my hair. It never gets greasy. Just dry. And so I moisturize it, but I sash my hair about every two weeks, especially since it's usually styles in cornrows and braids and all that jazz.

I don’t think she’s actually showering for an hour, my shower routine is pretty long like hers but most of it is shaving and exfoliating with the water off, usually with a hair mask in lol. And then styling your hair and moisturizing your skin after all that kills a lot of time too imo-so i really hope in her case it’s similar because you’re right in that we all need to cut down on our water consumption

A lot of people brag about how many hours they take in the shower and if you say anything against that(meaning water wastage) they'll reply with "you must be fun at parties". I take almost an hour but I use buckets instead. I hope everybody starts realizing we don't have an unlimited fresh water supply💀

Ok I have some so yes I am a girl I just have a boys name . I’m someone who has oily acne skin and dry hair since I straighten it . For oily skin try Cerave but the one that suits for oily skin or la roche posay. The one in a blue bottle and good for oily skin . If you want a toner I recommend good molecules great vitamin c toner or glycolic exfoliating toner so that way on the days you want to exfoliate you can use that however don’t do it every day . For serum use the ordinary they have hyrolonic acid and salicylic acid or peptide serum . And for lotion try the Cereve lotion . These products are some that are less then 20 and less then 10. You can go to target or ulta to get these .

Okay so the living proof dry shampoo is AMAZING but really expensive. My favorite dupe for this is the Roots to Ends dry shampoo. It was literally at a dollar general but was so good. Edit: plus it's vegan and cruelty free!

Lucky you . I rinse my body then lather Salic acid netrogena body wash shut water off sit down scrub feet with those disposable pedi scrubs . After 5-10 minutes turn water back on rinse off then benzoyl peroxide all over body & face . Same 5-10 minutes massaging everything in. Feel for any lumps make sure everything is healthy. Then rinse. Now hair. Same thing. Briogeo scalp revive shampoos twice. Condition & shower is complete… now time for drying. Apply anti breakage thermal protection in hair then blow dry… All in all it’s about 1.5 hours 4 times a week. Hair is down passed the waist. 🙌🏻🎉
