Wow! Enjoyed this video sis! Yes those were definitely some vintage classics especially the blue Gucci.I must admit before transitioning to Dooney, Coach was my go-to brand in the late 80's and majority of the 90's. Miss my Duffle, City Bag, Regina, Messenger and Station bags. The leather was just phenomenal.Ciach may have revived some of these, but have not been checking. Brings back memories. TFS! 😊

I loved your picks and stories behind the bags. That Gucci was a cutie. Hope you're able to find it at a good price. I have two bag regrets but for different reasons. I had an LV Papillon 30 and a Noe PM. I liked both bags but decided to part with them to fund another bag. I consigned them at a local consignment shop because I was afraid to sell them myself. They "sold" at a good price but really they were stolen because they were purchased with a stolen credit card. I was out the bags and no money. I had no recourse with the shop due to the contract I signed. This happened several years ago and it still makes me upset! I wish I would have just kept those two cuties and enjoyed them. Loved this video. The red Logan and the Florentine Buckle sathel are both I still have today. With these bags, I have learned to have less in the bags and I use my Louis Vuitton canvas pieces when I wear these. I will also purchase the feet for the Logan. I have sold some bags and do not regret selling them because I made sure gave them some thought. I maily sold bags that did not have much structure them. One Louis Vuitton piece I regret selling is my monogram mini pochette. I have it in the Damier Ebene and I have the toiletry 15, but I will definitely repurchase it😊

Ooo I enjoyed this video! Ok here we go! 😊 I regret selling my LV Med Artsy even though it’s a large bag and I don’t really gravitate to that size a lot - I still want it back! I also regret selling a crossbody Chanel bag that my Aunt gave me! It was a vintage bag and I didn’t appreciate that at the time. I really regret that one! SMH I will probably repurchase the Artsy but it won’t be new because the prices have REALLY gone up!😂. Great video!❤

Sis what were you thinking getting rid of a vintage Chanel 😂. Was the shoulder strap on the artsy comfortable? That was the one thing that always stopped me from pulling the trigger

I liked this video! I think the only bag I regret getting rid of sometimes is the Coach Edie bag from their Madison collection. It was similar to the Lori shoulder bag. The leather was so nice on that bag 🤦🏾‍♀️

I think your Dooney florentine dome bag would still feel big & heavy. Your instincts to let it go were right IMO. I do recommend the Dooney florentine drawstring bag. I have it in chestnut ~ looks like dark chocolate.🍫😋It may be my favorite Dooney ever!❤ 🌻

Hi Dre, I’ve done this with the speedy, multi pochette, and Alma bb. Sold and re-bought. There’s a time and place for everything 😊I’ve considered the Ellipse PM too but was afraid of the structure. Idk if it’s soft enough for me. LV still makes the PM - you’re in luck, you can get it brand new 😆

Hi Dre, I just ordered the D&B drawstring in black/ tan from Amazon. They are carrying a pretty big selection of Dooney basics at this point, and their prices are great. I've been looking at the drawstring for a while so when I spotted it for $189 I jumped on it. However, I am a little nervous about ordering from Amazon! I am crossing my fingers!

I order from Amazon all the time. The only thing is sometimes their packaging can be iffy depending on what it is. But I’ve had bad packaging experiences with COACH, so there’s that. You should be fine. Coach is also on Amazon FYI

@Drelovesbags My Dooney arrived from Amazon in perfect condition, but there is no dust bag, which is fine bc I buy the dust bags with a clear window so you can see which bag is inside. It was just in a box, no padding, in a plastic bag. OK, fine, it was cheaper and faster than ordering from Dooney. So overall I'm happy with my new bag. Thanks, Dre, for giving me confidence to try Amazon.
