This is how I would enjoy my Jamaican vacation, going from town to town eating street foods, I would think they have a food angler’s permit but that’s the risk you take eating from people,see what happens at the crab place? But now at least people know how the place they were eating was not sanitary, don’t shoot the messenger, she knows it wasn’t right, that’s why restaurants are monitored,you don’t want to end up with a lot of stomach bacteria

I'm afraid to eat in the streets too but when I watch his channel he goes into the kitchen and you can see the stuff being prepared from start to finish. That's not roti, you should oil the roti,and let it sits for a little bit,and then roll it out and put it on the roti pan to cook, a d when finished cooking you clap the roti for texture that the Guyanese Indian way. Anyway everything looks good.
