Yes but rice has so much protein so it depends if your hair is protein sensitive or not . I mean to keep it over night . But if you want to wash it the same day then you are good to go

Garlic is strong do a test before taking to yr scalp. I was battling with mine too, and I learned on other vlogs, to use potatoe and onion juice as a spray, I do 3x a week and girl that works like a bomb in less than 30 days

Hey dear first you need to stop doing tight styles . If you doing them then you need to stop. That’s the first step . You can use onion and Gallic juice : massage it on your scalp every other day and wash it out after 30 mins then apply Jamaican oil and massage it . Don’t wash out . You have to be patient and consistent too . It won’t grow over night

&Linda Nelima when I apply rice water after shampooing I Always apply deep conditioner on top of it to sit under heat for 30 minutes. Makes all the difference in the world.

Nope . Too much protein . You hair will break and it will get dry too
