The 4th hotel, I used your idea and made it into my single player creative city (I'm still buildings stuff so it's just 2 buildings LOL) and instead of the double walls I made quartz slabs, and instead of the fountain or little "garden" I made it into bamboo passage/ring "creepers" plant, I've got no idea how it's called but like creepers tunnel ig., it looks better that way, since I am doing Japanese/american city, so instead of normal hotel I made it into capsule hotel, but it always depends on what you're interested in, I made few changes here and there, but everything looks nice, thanks for the idea man.
