@@BFORTHEV I’ll spell this out for you. Idaho converted a FG and made this an 8 point game. They have the offensive firepower to make a potential onside kick recovery a legitimate problem. If they score and convert the 2 point conversation, and now you’re in OT. Not to mention the additional plays that the UAlbany guys have to be out on the field for increases their risk of injury or just overall wear and tear for the semifinal game. Conversely, the RB goes down after securing the first and none of those hypotheticals arise. Helps to think things through before you make a stupid comment. Cheers!

If Idaho actually got better defense and got tougher on defense, they'd be tough to stop due to their solid offense. A great defensive team, with a good offense, will win a lot of games. A great offensive team, with a bad defense, will have a tougher time winning late-game situations.

Betting the over 47 and 49 turned into a very lucky winner for me. Instead of taking a knee when it was 23 to 19 they hand the ball off for a 29 yards touchdown by Waddell. Let's face facts the Idaho Vandal players made no effort to tackle the guy which makes you wonder a title doesn't it than Idaho kicks a FG from a kicker who misses 3 on the night and a extra point hmmm interesting.

If they tackled him after he got the 1st down the game was over with kneel downs - with the score they had a long shot to get a FG (which they got), an onside (which they failed) and hail mary to tie the game.

@@furiouszapp2192 The bottom line is certainly games are fixed to the Vegas line there is somebody in this industry or a group of people making sure that certain things happen at just the right time to cover point spreads and totals. Perfect example the Army QB could have just thrown the ball out of bounds instead he takes a safety in the end zone as the clock expires to make the game go over. Just remember if I know the line and you know the line trust me the referees know the line too it's all 1 huge scam at the end of the day I have a chart on NFL referees and it's quite mysterious the scores of certain games with certain referees are so similar when they officiate in a certain stadium against a certain team..NFL referee clete blakeman a huge majority of the time the underdogs cover. The Seattle Seahawks were plus 9 1/2 @ Dallas guess who cover the spread the Seahawks.Hmm I wonder why. His games a majority of the time also go over the total too What happens in Dallas 76 points scored with almost every snap in that game there was penalty on the defense to keep the ball moving. As the FCS has won quite a few games in the last few years over FBS teams, I'd say there are quite a few solid teams out there at that level that are fast enough to keep up with the FBS. See James Madison for example.

Idaho definitely had the talent and skill to pull off the win but gave up in the second half. Also Idaho's cornerbacks have been looking awful and were easily the biggest reason we lost

As a Griz fan, I can't say I am sorry the Vandals lost. I also have never liked the Tibby Dome, horrible place to play. Don't know what it is about Idaho and their quansit hut domes? I guess they resemble spud cellars!??! All this being said, neither team looked like they wanted to win. The Griz looked like crap, thanks Bobby Hauck, and the only team that looked good in the quarter finals was NDSU. Wouldn't be surprised to see them with the trophy.
