Nice. I have a sugg using IR remote, we can use a single press of the ir led and lock the relay base voltage using an other transistor and use a reset button to switch off.. or use a counter ic and ir led to sense first press and second press of the ir led and make a remote operation for On and OFF.

Nice add a latch ckt and it will be awesome i.e it will work even if you remove the remote once ckt is latched. And keep the second ckt in sun light it will be beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Imposibole project 2 not working . Pilot must genetrating ir signal all time beaucose . The remote control is a battery with a switch and resistor. The switch switches the voltage permanently. This ptojekt has no practical use. There are more complicated circuits to switch the relay. With one transistor this can not be done
