Have you ever made meatball stew ? Its just like this but in a brown gravy, you can add mushrooms or not, over rice ir mashed potatoes, any vegetable will do too.

Justine, great idea! A couple of suggestions though (not criticism of course): shred 1-16oz Cheddar block & 1-16oz Monterey Jack block and add a can of rotel original or mild. The natural block cheese shredded assists in the gooey melted process 🤠👌👐🌹

@@katherineklevenow1808 It's probably not hot enough. She said the enchilada sauce was "bubblin" but it was just a tiny bit on one edge. It takes a lot more than that to thoroughly heat up food, especially it was frozen.

Crockpots are to be filled two-thirds full and no more and that's why her food is never cooked enough! She can't even stir it because there is too much. I don't know Tiffany, she sure acts like she knows everything so l guess she will just press on and nothing will change.

@@NancySimbackSame here, I grew up with just my father and brother so from the age of like 9 I was experimenting in the kitchen. I would often spend weekends with my grandmother and learned a lot from her, she always gave me cookbooks for my birthday and Christmas as well lol, it helped with learning from them and her too. I sure do miss her, she was an amazing cook and taught me a ton.☺️

I make a smaller version called Taco Balls that includes onions and fire roasted tomatoes. Serve it over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes with a veggie for a meal and make sandwiches for leftovers.
