Thanks for watching ^^ This is a super easy dessert that tastes supreme! I make this when I have left over cream 😌 Because of that, I usually adjust the cream to milk ratio based on how much cream I have left. As long as there is 1g of gelatine to every 100 ml of milk+cream mixture.
🍼 Ingredients 🤍
Fresh cream (whipping cream or heavy cream's fine) 350ml
Milk 150ml
Sugar 20g
Gelatine sheet 5g
