you are an inspiration...almost had tears in my eyes because it helped me realize everything is possible and keep working at it. Looking at a tool as an employee was eye opening, now I have to go tell my wife I'm hiring a $10 hr employee and it will be living in my garage workshop to start my CNC journey. so glad I found your channel, thank you.

So I saw your first videos and then I started on making my own CNC, then I saw a video where a truck driver was making over $100k a year and started on my CDL, then I saw a video where a stump grinder dude was pulling the cash and studied that, then I saw a video where someone was making over $100k with pallets and started collecting pallets, then I saw a video where someone was making a killing with skid steers, so I started studying skid steers and financing etc., but then I saw a video where someone was killing it doing concrete work, so I ordered his class online and studying that, and learned all about concrete, now I see this vid on CNC again, and started studying how to build a CNC again. A.D.D. is fun.

Love your content! Most cnc content on you tube is amateur cnc machine work, which is great; but it is great to have someone doing content on industrial level cnc content.

Thanks a lot for making these videos! They do inspire! I'm just starting a small, but hopefully high throughput, metalworking business (plasma cutting, welding, powder coating, etc.) and videos like these really do help to push through and create a business which not only profitable, but helps other people.

Awesome video man. I really enjoyed it. I live in Dallas and do woodworking as a hobby. Would love to see your shop some day and see the CNC's in action, as I've never used one myself. Keep up the great content. God Bless!

Hi, friend! I'm glad you started adding videos to this channel again. Tell me how can I work if I have strong competition? There are a lot of such machines in Russia, and when a new popular product appears, everyone starts copying each other and reducing prices. I started making play sets for cats. and even small tables for the echo sounder. They are bought by fishermen for rubber boats.

Great video, you inspire me. The secret to your success is being able to sell enough product to keep those machines busy! I’m a finance guy and totally get the mindset you use to buy those big price tag but ultimately cost effective machines. I’d love to hear how you grew your market too!

A few weeks ago at work I was handed a manual for a new double ended masterwood and given 3 days to figure out how to program and run it. Start small. It's nerve racking to jump in to a machine like that as a first timer

WTH, a $10 or $15 employee (let alone $25-$55) employee that doesn't; Call in sick, Loose your tools, Wreck your service vehicle's, Ask for advances, and leave to start their own business when they think they have learned enough about yours. Hot Damn you're on to something.

That industrial machine of yours is a beast,I really enjoy and learn from your videos :) I'm considering to buy a 2 spindle setup to be more efficient with manufacturing cabinets, but then it will be a horizontal spindle as second spindle with a smaller 3.5kW spindle and a smaller ER25 on that one, I think I can benefit some on that setup but I am not totally sure. Have you ever tried to program a machine with both vertical and horizontal heads? I would love to have an HSD Spindle with a HSD Aggregate to get both 4-axis and the C-axis programmable, but that will set me back another 13 000USD over the dual spindle setup so I cant defend it.

I need your sales advice. Did you get big sales in your city or when did you start selling your products through Amazon? I opened a personal account in our marketplace, but I haven't started selling there yet. My friends say don't rely too much on it.

Hi man, very impressive! I’m surprised not to see our big European brands in your shop like Homag, Scm or Biesse. Same thing with bits. No coated bits and no PCD bits, though the prices you’re talking about seem similar to these high end machines. I’m curious to know your reasons !
@CROnsrud
@CROnsrud 7 ай бұрын
Many of the European manufacturers don't offer a multi-spindle, multi table solution. For high processing of solid wood, a fixed bridge, moving table solution will last a very long time. Also, CR Onsrud is Made in the USA, known for reliability, service, and longevity.
