It's all depends on acceptance ratio of college AIIMS DELHI hv acceptiance ratio less than iits, MIT, harved, Stanford & Cambridge that' is 0.00000032% only 46 seats over 25+lakhs students so it depends upon the acceptance ratio of college not toughness of exam. IITs r not in rank 100 in world ranking but "AIIMS DELHI " IS it international world rank is 21 this proves why AIIMS is AIIMS

Well it's a encouragement for others preparing but yes he didn't start from 0 like many others. Completing the syllabus in just 4 months starting from 0 is just impossible. Even before 'starting' he was like at 40-50% of his preparation
