4 month update post op RNY

You’re so handsome, Daniel! Your face is getting slim and I can too see it in your arms. So happy for you that you found a job that has good hours and seems considerably less stressful. I get the head hunger too in the evenings. I think it has something to do with being tired and also the lack of sun which I’m sure had a big play in it for me too this winter. It was nice to get away in the sunshine and now return to KC and the temps are getting a wee bit better. Sunshine will be here for all soon as Spring is almost here! Have an amazing weekend!

I'm glad you've found a job that suits you a little better. Hopefully your coworkers are easier to work with, too. Good luck!! I hear you about the winter, as well. My hubby and I have been dealing with it since the middle of September because of our job, so we're right there with you in hoping it's done soon. I know I'd love for it to be done because I really want to start exercising more, lol!! Don't worry about vids... we know you're here. Hi Mr. Mac!! I swear we're the same damn person. Splenda makes me crave sugar, which sucks because I don't like stevia :( it tastes bitter to me. And I agree with the carb stuff. In fact this morning I was talking to a co worker and I said that when I have some carbs like bread or a tortilla, I will crave them for the next few days. It's crazy and I don't like it! lol. That head hunger kills you. I think we're similar in that I know at least I didn't feel like I never wanted to eat like others have experienced. But I guess that means we have to get better at balancing faster than others lol. Glad you're loving the new job!
