My baby is 8,5 weeks now. At the 4 weeks mark when my husband went back to work and I was alone with the baby all day I got overwhelming anxiety. It started with me obsessing about my baby having medical conditions and googled symptoms all nights, then every time he cried I panicked and thought I was failing as a parent. I got help after just a week of these feelings and I'm so glad I did. I feel much better already because I caught it early so it didnt go fullblown anxiety.

That is awesome to check in on mom and post parfumerie screening. It would have saved me and helped a lot in the early days. My mom died the same week my son was born, so we assumed all of my emotions were surrounding that. When my second child was born, I wasn’t prepared. When they handed her to me I wanted to give her away, immediately. It took 13 months to connect with her and to this day I think it’s affects our relationship because with my third I was prepared and let drs know and I was on Zoloft at 6 months pregnant with him and the depression wasn’t there. When you have a second child, you suddenly think you are taking away from your first and that’s hard. It took me 15 years to admit to anyone that I wanted to give her away and even when home care came to check (nurse home check up and support) the nurse would force her on me and I would just want to throw up. Also being someone who was abused as a child a fear of the world comes in ways you can ever imagine. So having a daughter was a trigger, I was afraid for her. There was nobody to tell me any of this was normal, only 20 years ago.

I get it. My daughter is 6 and I had severe PPD. We still don't have a strong relationship. My son is 4 months old and we are super close but I am also nursing this time which helped.

@@ngs5554. Neither of my grown up children have allergies and I was told by my health visitor to do this. She had grown up wonderfully as both of my children have. And my son aged 23 works for the NHS SAVING LIVES. Such as yours.. Everything in moderation. Concentrate on bringing children up to be well rounded, polite, happy and kind. I never judge other parents. It's easy for most to bring children into this world but to bring them up without issues is harder with judgemental people around. When I see parents shouting at their children , being nasty to them, smacking them , not knowing that they are actually hurting them it breaks my heart. So my point is , food is important but not the whole story when bringing up children. Ps don't judge others

@@sugisugi2491 she is doing better, at 6 months now she's able to hold her head up a little more stable. her doctor was not concerned, she told me stop comparing my baby to others because at the end EVERY baby hits their milestons at their own pace. I just really buckled down on the tummy time! She hates it but watching hey bear baby sensory videos while on her tummy helps alot dr said no more than 1 hour total of TV time so I only let her watch while she's exercising! Try not to worry! Easier said than done I know. But you got this 💪
