I've always enjoyed angelic magick/energies. I work with Archangel Raphael and it's great. His energy is very powerful but also very light weight and understanding. I've read the 72 Angels of Magick book and it was great. Haven't gotten around to doing the rituals in that book yet but definitely plan on it. Love this video ivy!

So good, I loved your experiences with angels. I haven't done much work with the archangels apart from evoking them in the LBRP, but I have worked with a few of the angels from "the 72 angels of magick" by Damon brand and I have had some amazing results. I read damien echoles book " angels and archangels" but I still haven't done any work out it as I've been working with other angels but you have definitely inspired me to working more on a personal level with the archangels. I loved this video so much. ❤

this was a great watch. i can relate a lot to your experience shifting from atheism into working with spirits. i'm also early in my journey through it and have only worked with demons thus far (weirdly, from all my research before directly practicing angels felt more "intimidating" than demons, as i've noticed a consistent consensus that angels have a chaotic way of coming through and demons are more direct in coming through; i'll withhold on having an opinion on that until i've experienced both & confident in that practice), but i fully agree with your description of the spirits being "balls of energy" - i've had an easier time connecting to the concept as well as the signs/communication since i shifted my perspective of self further away from the physical & thinking of myself as energy having a physical experience, and if everything is just a certain wave of energy then spirits are an energy we can connect with. i'm excited to see how this journey develops for you 😊

I resonated with your experience of being a former atheist and now an occultist. I've been an atheist for most of my adult life, especially since studying science in college. However, about 4 years ago I found myself fascinated with divination and witchcraft. I enjoy learning about occult practices, and I've done some basic candle magick, but there seems to be a disconnect when I think about connecting with deities or spirits. I want so badly to believe in and work with divine beings, but my science background always causes me to doubt the existence of spirits and the efficacy of magick. You mentioned in the video that you had a similar outlook at one point in time. How did you overcome that mental block?

If it will help anyone who associates angels with certain churches and faiths, here's something for you. Angel comes from the Greeks and simply means messenger. Remember that the Greeks were pantheistic, as well as anamistic. I work with the angels all of the time, as well as certain native american spirits that we still have their names in our traditions. It's all about building a relationship of respect and trust so that your combined efforts bring about real changes. Thanks for another great video, and don't worry about the bands. I'd like to ask you about the deity workshop and the angel workshop: I am not a religious person, so I have had conflicts when it comes to truly working or experimenting with angels. I have a lot of respect for them as well as the deities and other beings, but I preferred to work with Ares first of all when I felt his calling. What I want to ask is that if I work with Ares, could it be done in the same way with an archangel? I don't know how both of them can take it. Any suggestions? I feel close to Archangel Michael because I was told he is the "shield of light workers." Being raised Catholic, I have a childlike trust in his strength and discernment. The idea of angels was off-putting to me for a long time - too Christian -- but I realize now they're far older than that. Esoteric lore does say they are only waiting for us to ask for help, so yes, it makes sense you would feel them strongly.

I would like to say that I have fought within my self for many years because at a very early age I knew I was a witch. However, it was not acceptable because I also was considered a Christian. I was afraid to tell my parents because of what they had instilled in me. Now I am free to practice my private religious beliefs and I have never felt so free. And yes I am working on getting more intuned to the Angelic Spirits. I mostly just call upon the Divine. I am not a Catholic nor will I ever be. Thank you for you views on this. I was never into the angelic thing until I tried the Gallery of magic and evoked Raphael for a health problem. After seeing him and interacting with him (him as I saw him) I now believe in them. However I do not associate them with religion. I know they have been involved in many religions for thousands of years but it is my belief that they predate-date religion and are capable of acting independently should they so decide.

Love your stuff here. I'm basically Nordic but operate as an eclectic. Any one chosen path is not always exclusive, especially with me. About the paradigm shift, I can totally relate. In the Norse World Tree Yggdrasil, there are nine worlds. But most Norse practitioners follow one group only. After many years, I found this to be out of balance. So I dug deeper and found the old, ancient original path of Hedenskap. It's believed its roots trace back to the last ice age. I couldn't be happier. Off the record, my deity for guarding a circle or event is the world serpent Jormungandr. He's violent with Thorr' but otherwise, you'd never know he was there.

I personally think that we need to remember that eternal ethereal beings are on another strata of existence. We wish to order them and demand their obedience in our rituals. I think we should consider the thought that they are the essence of free will. Especially since these angels who choose to take sides on a legendary universal "conflict" did so of their own free will. So maybe we should take the time to do the same as any spiritual work with spirits. From Jinn to elder gods. Learn about them and get to know them slowly.

I got into Angelic magick when I heard his call. It was initially subtle to the point that I ignored it, until it became so obvious that got me started on reading and learning about him. It's an energy that I couldn't ignore. He is very protective (like, VERY!) and his call was very timely as I was going through a really rough time in my life at that time. It's like having a mighty protector, a general, a warrior guide but for some reason, He is still very patient towards me. His answers to my questions during divination are always spot on (goosebumps all the way). And Damien Echols? He is a wonderful teacher in this subject, I couldn't get enough of his teachings! Please look into Damon Brand and the wonderful people at GOM too. Again, thank you for sharing as this resonated so much with me. I feel so grateful to Mikha'el.

Working with angels or just connecting to them is very very amazing! I'm glad to see you experience A. Gabriel (he's actually in my spirit team in a very special role!), he really is beautiful to connect with, and he really enhances my intuition and that helps me out with divination. A. MIchael is amazing too, but yeah, his energy is something else lol Angels really guided me during the beginning of my practice, now I work mostly with the Infernal divine as a demonolater (I'm excited and curious to see your approach to demons), but again, there are angels present in my spirit team, and archangels also let the door open for me, but stepped aside for the moment, but I know I can definitely work with them at some next point in my practice

I used to work with the angels while channeling for others. It was very effective and most people are fine with angels. But then I went down a John Doe/enochian magic rabbit hole for a while and people were not as ok with that. One book that I recommend (with more of the history of it all) is John Dee and the Empire of Angels Enochian Magic and the Occult Roots of the Modern World by Jason Louv. But, yes, reading John's work is like reading through molasses. Good luck with the magic and the wax. :D

Gotta say the bangs are FAB lol but I also wanted to say thank you for bringing angelic magic into a non-monotheistic lens. Like many in the comments I had felt drawn to angels my whole life and then in my adulthood been turned off from them because of religious trauma. I've tried to explore it before but just couldn't immerse myself in the theistic framework that was provided. This really inspires me to try again 💕 In case it helps others: I consider angels to be the force of Order in the world. I like to consider our universe to be organized into polar spheres like Life,Death,Order,Chaos, the Elements, the Under/Upperworlds, and so on. So Angels, along with the celestial bodies of astrology, play a role in maintaining the Order of the world. I believe Angels control forces of nature and can influence the course of humanity, and that they have a hierarchy that provides further infrastructure to this goal. That's just a way to think about it without including "God" if that doesn't fit into your belief system! 🤍

What you explained reminds me a lot of Archangelic Light Healing which is something I learned a long time ago and also teach. There was definitely another crumbling of beliefs to accept working with archangels 😂 it’s interesting how that happens. I call them for the seven directional planes and work with flaming light orbs in healing work. It’s quite powerful. Side note, I have had a couple experiences with gray entities, not human but et, that are very suppressive, oppressive, that cause sleep paralysis, deep depression and such. I found that traditional smudging/smoke clearing did not work on these but the Archangelic light and calling in other starseed beings did. Do you have any videos discussing different et species? Or have you had any experiences to share. So far it’s been my experience that it amps up when earth has been disturbed in the area, like new housing developments or natural disasters. I worked a lot in the paranormal field and these beings were definitely different. Would love to hear your thoughts/experiences.

@ShamanicReikiSchool You could say angels/aliens are basically the same thing, the only difference is if you are able to tell the species apart. For example Enochian angels are very much a type of grey ET, the tall kind. I don't know what type of tall grey specifically though, as there are hundreds. Reading the story of John Dee and how the oppression they encountered summoning them is interesting .A good book on that is By Jason Louve. Also I have had other practitioner friends say when they have done Enochian magick it is very much a trickster energy, completely opposite of standard archangels. But they have opened their psychic senses to the point so they can experience them as they truly are. If your psychic senses are surface level you will not encounter what they actually look like. Most greys tend to be oppressive. Not all, if you work with other spirits and guides which it seems like you do, they can help show you how to protect yourself. Ususaly you will need to do banishings. I work with Demons though so I have 0 problems with grey entities.
