The wind is always such an issue! I have lost a greenhouse due to a wind storm. I am glad to see that you have already started with your trees. As the old adage goes: "The best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago. The second best time is today." I am so amazed at how much work you guys have done. It is starting to take shape and looking amazing!

Thank you for your encouragement! Making progress each day does add up even when at the time it doesn't feel like much. Hopefully in a few years there will be good wind breaks growing to a useful size

We are in NZ and wanting to buy a tunnel house similar size to yours. Did you buy a Kit set and if so where from? Many tx for all the info you share.

yes, it is kitset from hunkin. there were great to put together. We get extreme winds so we have added ply to the front and back and extra secured the bottom with base rails. But it has survived 120km/hr winds recently

If the weather is harsh, we, as followers of the Messiah, can pray , asking the Creator if it is not His Will for us to have such weather, to please send it away. All prayers end in the Son's Name. // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2). The Messiah died on the cross, & Resurrected three days later (presenting Himself as First Fruits to the Father). Please ask Him to be your Savior. He is the ONLY way to Everlasting Life.
