Aiming for IIMs and thanks to all the support and guidance from CATKING (joined CATKING a few days ago) I am studying 8 hours everyday since a month. However recently I felt burned out a couple of times and i dont know how to cope up without affecting my dedication and preparation. How can I avoid such burnoout?

Take a break. Like a full day break. Done thing about studies and go out and chill , visit a friend. Nearby place and dubara lag jao. Say to yourself. Someone else is studying really hard without a burn out.! So get going.

Its all because of you sir, I have been working as well as preparing for CAT. But in recent events that were held, I was getting apart and kinda pissed off like whatever I wanna do I am not doing it. Ofcourse I was working on my passion and learning but not believing that would I be able to make it till CAT.
