Oregon is usually one of the most electric teams to watch year in and year out, but Brown makes them seem so uninspiring. They have highly rated QBs that they need to give a shot; it's not likely this is their natty year anyway

Ya brown is a stopgap to ease the talented freshman QB's into their sophomore years. Plus it's hard to facilitate a change when the locker room is behind brown right now. I'm excited for the next 2-3 years.

we need a quarterback that is able to consistently make passes. most of the time brown either sticks to screens/dumps to dye or just runs it himself. he’s genuinely better at running than he is at throwing. we have no pass game and it’s sad. our offense lacks the versatility it used to have. tired of seeing AB be talked up by announcers when he is so inconsistent and unreliable.

I can see the logic because they were inside their own 10, they still had two timeouts and it was only a one score game. If they actually executed the punt, and their D stepped up for a 3-and-out, they still could’ve had maybe 45 secs to try and force OT. If they had gone for it and failed that’s a guaranteed L. In hindsight tho..

I can understand it. 10 yards to go on your own 10 yard line, punt it away, use your 2 timeouts, and hope your defense can come up with a stop, and possibly come out with better field position after the exchange. They were in a bind either way, but if they give it up with that field position, you'd be depending on a defensive stop AND a missed chip shot field goal by Oregon. A long snap so completely botched is just a fluke and wouldn't even enter into your consideration.

I love Oregon but Brown is a liability for this team. Besides being inconsistent and reckless at times, he throws every pass 100 mph, regardless of how close his WR is. Been watching it happen all season and he is handcuffing his receivers on short passes and it is making it really difficult for them to adjust and get YAC.

No surprise the Ducks won. I mean your playing my Dawgs that have a QB that can’t pass accurately, a head coach insults the opposing institution. Every week see some of the most ridiculous play calling on offense. How many times did you see the huskies with excellent field position in the first half and go 3 and out. And of course the constant 3rd and Long. There is a reason Ducks are 8-1 and the Huskies are 4-5 at this point. I’m guessing Husky nation has grown tired of this. Oregon didn’t play at their best, yet this was a big win and a good fought game, through terrible weather conditions, starters still out with injury and costly penalties we dominated the final 3 quarters, I think lots of people forget this is a big rivalry game and these 2 teams hate eachother so u should know both teams would play at their best making it a tough game, lots of casuals don’t put everything into perspective and instead just look at the score

Ya I hear ya. I will say after that shit storm of a start. We scored 21 unanswered points. 14 of them when they knew we were only running the ball. And the d played great. Only 1 long to drive. Everything else ways a stop. Obviously the pick at the beginning before the d clamped down. So maybe not top 4, but with the struggles in college football right now, I'd say we are close to 4. No one is beating Georgia, unless they all get covid and have to surrender the game. Which I hope never happens. Oregon fan here!

Having a defense that can consistently make stops will put pressure on other teams defense because they stay in the field too long and don’t have time to rest. and thus make it easier to for us to score with mediocre offense.

There are times when AB REALLY looks stagnant out on the field. He goes through spurts where he shows a little flash a little excitement then he does things like deciding to run the ball right smack into the middle of the pile instead of running off to the side where there aren’t any defenders. I know he’s not Herbert or Mariota but he just looks LOST out there! It’s concerning.

I'm a Husky fan, good game here. Two good defenses. Good fight, good play, at the end the better team won. Rough ending on the botched punt tho. Too bad our QB sucks. With a better offensive trainer / coach, we could be much better. Also too bad Oregon finished the game kind of dirty. You won the game, just take a knee and go enjoy your victory.
