You did great, you didn't need sound. BUT It's important to understand that if either V4 presses A and B, one of the v6's has to "assume the others are talking and invite themselves to the conversation" to have a true 4 device conversation. Also go one more step on the v6's. Press and hold "C" on both till they flash blue/red. Then on one of them press "C" and watch it pair up with the v6. Then the V6's can have a private conversation outside of the group, or it's useful as a backup in case the v4's lose connection/battery dies.

Surely the technology is here to enable and facilitate full duplex with all models at the same time. As it stands if I understand it properly and in summary... The V6 needs select a master unit, and anly that unit can choose which other unit to communicate with (albeit in full duplex) and only then by pressing the coreseponding units letter button eg A B or C etc. If somone could answer or confirm, that would be useful. This really is a great product, let me see if I can help you since I was just able to do this with my set. The first thing you need to understand is that these devices are using bluetooth to pair with another device. The V4's can pair twice, so you're pairing the V4's with the V6's on the A channel and the V4's with each other on the B channel. To trick is to access discovery mode on the V4, you hold down the channel button until the LED blinks red/blue, and on the V6 you just turn on and hold down the power button (motorcycle icon) until it blinks red/blue. Once your in discovery mode, press the channel button again on the V4 to initiate pairing. When they are paired, they will both blink blue synchronously. Then you'll need to click the channel button on the V4 one last time to accept the pair. Once you've done the pairing V4-V6 (both sets on channel A) and V4-V4 (channel B), you'll need to connect the devices. This is simply pressing the channel A and B buttons on each V4 device. Viola!

@@danmergens8892 the video is rather stupid due to lack of sound. And even though your kind explanation isnt entirely clear either, it's obviously better than the video. - Without any sound in the video, I saw 4 devices that appeared to be the same, but u - unlike the video - informed us that they r two different modells (and two of each). And indeed they r, if one looks more carefully. Anyway. I have another question. Can these four devices/people talk/hear each other, all 4 at the same time like a conference? Or only 2 communicating with each other at the same time? And somehow needing to switch if want to talk to some of the others? (And if so, how to do that?) Also, can only one person talk at a time, and the others have to wait on their turn (like a regular walkie talkie), or all 4 can talk and listen at the same time like in 'conference mode'?

@@staffan144 Once the devices are paired and connected they are full duplex, meaning all four have open communication with each other.
