Hi, thanks for putting up this great little video. I was wondering regarding tying the fall hitch; isn't customary to tie the hitch around the narrow end of the fall and then pull the fall through so the increasing size of the fall tightens up the hitch as opposed to tying it at the widest part of the fall?
