cappy cheated because his electrawire was lvl 50 and you aren't allowed to level up a Pokémon more then ten levels from your lowest Pokémon

didn't cappy cheat because he said he had rare candys, so he used them on a level seventy which not allowed.

cappy had an 84 ferrow which he used rare candies on however he had a level 50 electivire which the fact that he rare candied it even with the rules of no over leveling with rare candies over level 10 cappy should be dis qualified and jerry shal be justly the winner, also love yall just get annoyed when yall dont follow your own rules
