Accepting an invite from a client, doesn’t gives free connects. 10 connects are earned only when a client responds to a bid, i.e our cover letter…

@@ayeg4174 nopes, if a clients posts a job, send you an invite and you as a freelancer respond to that invite, then we never receive 10 connects… Confirm it again… and whenever you receive an invite, check the connects again…

A public profile isn't enough to get invites regularly. Your profile needs to instantly prove your value to every client, and then it needs to have good feedback, 90% or higher JSS, and it needs to be on the first page of search results for your search term. Most freelancers should focus on writing better proposals. Invites are for freelancers who have already proven success on the platform. That doesn't mean you won't ever get an invite if you're new, but if you want a steady flow of invitations, you need to prove to Upwork and to clients that you're one of the best at what you do.

Hmm, I'm not sure I understand. You don't get invitations from proposals. You get invited to jobs when clients either find you in search results or Upwork recommends you as a good fit for a job the client posted. If you want invitations, you need to have a strong profile that stands out from other freelancers and demonstrates what makes you a better fit to help the clients you serve than someone else.
