This video has come at the right time. Last night I got the urge to buy a Prs se. I must decide if it will be the 245 or 594. Thanks for making this video.

@kdawgtv1333 no prs yet. As a last resort I may have to order online. Only one stoe in my city carries PRS but mostly core models. I like trying before buying.

@@Yettibuhayat terms of 594 vs SC245s, differences are the scale length (24.594 vs 24.5), the neck carve (Pattern vs Pattern Vintage), the pickups, the bone nut vs standard PRS nut, coil splits, and a zinc bridge/ stoptail vs an aluminum set.

It would be easy to install push pull pots in the 245. The pickups are four wire lead type.

Sorry it’s in English. Great video! By his facial expressions alone, he seams to like the Zac Myers and 594 better. I have two SE 245’s. I want a ZM, and 594. The Tremonti, the 245 standard I have has been upgraded. Fun little project. Fishman open coil classics, tone and volume pots, PRs locking tuners, graph tech nut, switch craft switch. . It’s unbelievable how good it sounds. Turned a $549 guitar,plus about $450 in replacement parts into monster that beats, in my opinion, the Tremonti. Love the SE line! I also have an Se 22and 24 custom, Se 24-08.

Zach Myers Semi-Hollow просто улет... Аж мурашки по коже... Ну і Tremonti хорош. Низастый, с яркой серединой. Прямо как я люблю. Но Semi-Hollow просто порвал чистотой и обьемом. Топ из этой четверки для меня.

I'm stuck, rn I have a Eipiphone les paul standard custom and would like to add a prs to the collection, but I'm torn between the tremonti se and the 245 se which one should i get?

this or epiphone 1959 or shecter solo ii apocalypse ? they are all the same price, and i want the best quality build (so probably epi isnt the best way to go lol)

unsurprisingly, the 594 is my favorite of the bunch. it's a little more articulate than the 245, a little brighter than the myers, a little smoother and clearer than the tremonti, ultimately exactly what i'm looking for.

I own a Tremonti SE Standard and a PRS SE 245: the 245's short scale (24.5) makes the tunning considerably less stable than it is in the Tremonti. I swapped the tuners in the 245 for those PRS SE locking tuners, but this issue persists. 245 is a gorgeous guitar, but the short scale length is something to take into consideration.

Locking tuners and scale have little to no effect on tuning stability. Your problem is 99% the nut.
