Re: your question about format… I think maintaining a flexibility in format around whichever way makes your guest most comfortable, would be best. That allows for a more authentic experience for the guest and viewer. Very grateful to you and Master Shi Heng Yi for these videos - beautifully insightful 🙏❤

Thank you! This is how they are explained in the Book of Virtues: 1. LOVE Everyone wants to be loved for who they are. When we truly appreciate others, it boosts their self-esteem and helps them begin to communicate loving feelings themselves. Even if we don't see the results right away, love always wins. 💖 2. COMPASSION A compassionate person develops a sense of seeing the values that make each person special. Even when those around us are at their worst, we can help them rebuild their confidence by maintaining a firm and clear vision of their goodness and specialness. Approach them gently and encouragingly and never give up on anyone.😇 3. JOY When we use every moment in a valuable way, we feel joy. Joy is so nourishing that it will change a weak person into a strong one. She makes complex things simple, difficult situations easy. Being joyful and sharing joy with others is an act of great grace. Whatever happens, our joy should not diminish.🤩 4. GRATITUDE Although we don't want to be critical, we often unconsciously focus on other people's weaknesses and mistakes. The more we develop the habit of noticing and paying attention only to the good qualities of people and situations, in order to increase the feeling of our own well-being. If we constantly think "they are wrong" we create an obstacle that will not allow us to be truly good.🙏

I live that life with these four concepts. I'm traditional Navajo and everything he talks about is true. I always wondered if there was other people like myself. I decolonized and found who I am and what I am. Just like his Budda heart, demon hand also. In my past I was not a good person. But I found the light and my wrongs. I sound like I'm talking out my ass, but I am not. That's so cool.

Wow! Better watch "Memoirs of a Gueisha" to learn good manners! How rude this student! Sorry, but next time look humbly into your master's eyes as if asking permission to drink tea. when in company, better to drink together, never leave the cups of tea without liquid. The student serves the master!

I’d really love a podcast as I listen to podcasts all day I am an ethical vegan and animal activist and have been betrayed by everyone Am on my own profound podcasts , like This American Life & 2 Lives, soothe me like if I had a loving parent I teach yoga and am studying with Shi Heng Yi to teach Tai Chi They help Not sure how much longer I’ll be around, but, for now I’m here for my three rescue dogs and to save animals from the Holocaust that non-vegans have perpetrated on them. Do a podcast then I can listen to y’all while driving. 💔🩸🌱☮️ 🧘🏿‍♀️

I am only in a time of waiting, before my life opens up and takes me to the place I was meant to be. The lesson in this, and I'm sure there is one, is how to feel love, thankfulness, joy, and compassion FOR my life, TO myself, and to survive this cold winter of my Soul, even without the façade of people or situations or a sense of adventure, even, feeding my ability to do so. I will survive this. I am thankful for the Universe's blessings towards me. Despite the losses of people, and safety, and the rerouting of my paths... I am extremely grateful to have "sight", which allows me to see beyond these things, into the Purpose of my life, to appreciate the things I have learned *because* of my trials. Within this sight... it allows me to *feel* the joy of being connected to Source, and to *become* a source of compassion... towards my own unique path, the acceptance of my failures, my ability to stand up after falling, again... which has led to my ability to help, in places of challenged hope. "I have seen the darkness enough times... to know my way down this Path with my eyes closed." #ddodd

I think there is an audience for the more relaxed format, I know I engage better with people talking from personal experience, theory and philosophy is very useful but personal experience is emotive, people resonate in a deeper way when they connect with real life application, it helps demonstrate how it could apply to situations in their own lives, my thoughts at least, thank you 🙏
