Once you load everything they have to approve it, so it can take a few hours to show up! That’s why it doesn’t let you do it same day.

I added Turks & Caicos as a trip destination and it only allows American Airlines and British Airways as airline choices. How do you get around that? Also, Malta does not show up as a destination, even though people going to Malta have used this app. How do you proceed for this country?

Then you will need to fill out the forms when you get to the airport. Just make sure to check online and be sure you know all of the requirements for your destination

You can leave it home as long as you have a picture of it on your phone. I also leave a photocopy of it in my suitcase. Happy travels!

Thank you, we are flying to the Caribbean April 27th. When should we get tested and upload the covid test? Doing a rapid test at cvs or Walgreens.

I would start the “trip” in verifly a week or so beforehand so you can see what’s required. Then depending on the destination requirements If upload the test results the day before as long as that’s allowed. Just don’t wait until day of to do the whole thing, it won’t let you. Let me know if you need anything else and have a great trip!

Just curious as to why you needed a visa to go to the Bahama's from US. We have gone in the past and it was not required. Has something changed? Thanks!

Yes, there is now a pretty extensive Visa required. The paperwork is several pages long and the fee is about $40. It’s all done online and we did ours the day before the flight, but it’s now required in order to get over there. You’ll need to show it to come back too.

If I have 3 separate flights, do I need to list all the flight? EX: American Airlines from Palm Springs to DFW, then BA to London, then BA to Egypt. Do I enter each flight segment? Many thanks.

You will want to do one for the flight to London, it will ask you for the flight number for that. Then a separate one for the flight to Egypt with that flight number. That way you have the requirements for both countries and passes for both.

Thanks for the info, really helps. I’m traveling to Italy on 4/12/2022. The app is not allowing me to put that date in. Is this something I need to do as I get closer to the departure date? Also I’m leaving from Boston and stopping in Dublin. It’s not showing me the flight to Dublin from Rome. Can you help? Thanks

Yes, you’re too far out from the trip. I believe that it won’t let you put it in until you’re less than a month out. It’s pretty easy to use, I recommend waiting until a week or so before you’re trip to ensure that you’re following the most up to date requirements.

yeah it only goes a few weeks at a time since the laws keep changing so much. but don’t worry it’s easy to use once it opens!

Hello thank you for this helpful video. I have a question im flying to France i uploaded all the info including my Covid test which they are not accepting and are stating that the test needs to be within 48hrs of my flight which it is but it’s not letting me submit

How many days are you away from your flight? You cannot edit it the day of your flight. Also, once you upload it it takes an hour or so for them to approve it usually.

@@malikaturner4420 unfortunately the app does not allow same day uploads it has to be the day before. Try filling everything else out though and just bring the negative test to the airport with you

Thanks for the info. I have a question. How do I get the QR code to attach to Verifly so that it's on my phone or in the app? It seems like when I try to scan it it disappears and then I try to scan it again it says invalid. Many thanks.

If you did it in the Verifly app and have completed all of the steps ithere should be a QR code there for you under that trip. If you are having issues with it disappearing try taking a screen shot of the QR code. Otherwise, just bring the completed app to the flight desk with you when you check in and they'll be able to see that it has been completed.

Hello hopefully you are doing well, So next Friday May20th I am heading off to Lisbon, Portugal My 1st flight starts in Indianapolis, IN then I head out to Boston, MA, from Boston its to Madrid and then from Madrid its to Lisbon, I am already vaccinated/boosted and I am also getting tested on the 17th my question is when do I need to upload all the required documents into Verifly? I just don't want to get jammed up by this nonsense and possibly miss my flights because I would be FURIOUS lol Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Hi there! It depends what airline you’re flying on. If you’re going on American or one of their brands then I would recommend using verifly just to be safe! It’s super easy and will have all of the requirements in one place.

There are many places to take the test and in most cases at a very reasonable price. Your hotel will be able to tell you the closest place to get your test, just be sure to plan ahead and figure that out when you arrive rather than waiting until you leave. Have a great trip!
