6:28 from your previous bass house tutorial I got to experimenting and when I saw this part, a sense of pride came out simply because I wasn't sure if it's taboo or even possible to do so but I did it anyway. I'm actually learning more than what I had for the past year as a new producer thanks to these videos AND the emails of inspiration. Thank you sir, now back to experimenting.

Dude, you inspire me to actually open my DAW and make music more than any other creator on this platform. Your no bullshit, just have fun, do what sounds good to you, and here are some practical tips approach and attitude has helped to motivate me so much. I was about to give up on production, but now I am diving in more than ever before!

Comb filtering is hugley overlooked. Reso was using it in the early drumstep days. Dude was a legend and only had one hand

Dude Thank you for this. I've been intermittently searching for a video explaining how to achieve this kinda crazy rhythmic lead bass sound for a few years and all I ever end up finding is tutorials for single bass house wubs, y'know? And I don't have Serum or vital cause I've stuck to using the same laptop for production for the past 12 years which isn't compatible with those newer VSTs 😂😬👀 but you explained what you were actually doing and why you were doing it so I can achieve the same thing with whatever means I have cause its more about the concept and techniques than it is the plugins. So many patch tutorials are just like "here's my Serum settings. Make yours look like mine and you'll get this sound." Also, I did already know how to do the things you showed but like not done in a way that produced THAT outcome. So it's encouraging seeing that its within my current synth sound design knowledge/abilities 😌 🙏🏼

im ashamed i havent subbed to your channel because your not like other tutorial sites, you explain the process without hiding behind a paywall. yes i understand its important to make money but you have no idea how helpful you are and i would love to see more and maybe one day even collaborate if you'd like.

Love it!! Especially the dubstep drop at the end ;) Would you ever make a video (or have you already) that goes into wavetable shapes outside of the basic sine/square/etc? I literally always just cycle through them at random, but I'd love to know by looking at a wavetable if it is going to sound "crunchy", metallic, or just noisy.
