It'd be cool that when a player is defeated, their units go neutral and attack any other player that gets too close to them instead of just dying.

@@TrollAxeThrower what makes Allies op is mostly because of their cryocopter. Those choppers can turn the tides of war with their freeze beam

@@testingphaze4853 I know but I mean look at this game. I think empire is so strong, it's so hard to counter their air, they're not limited by airfields. Cryocopter shenanigans can be countered to an extent with good air control with empire. But anyways my question is, there were 6 players here, and none chose allies, why? Are they avoiding the OP faction?

@@TrollAxeThrower Carville is usually played by casuals who wants to have a good time. If no one wants to pick allies then, so be it. Nothing wrong with playing other factions. Those twinblade-engineer comp is too enjoyable to watch. Also, bullfrogs are doing so much damage to choppers and tengus in this game, clearly the MVP of this game, 10/10 anti-air units. :D

I wish that Red Alert 3 had more natural negative feedback loops that prevent crazy snowballs once players get a resource advantage. Maybe a logarithmic diminishing returns and faster production or more “emergency” support powers once the game sees you are far behind in tech/resources/unit count. It’s very momentum based compared to Generals Zero Hour

I havent played any C&C since Tib Sun but damn is RA3 getting me interested. Can anyone spoonfeed me how macro v micro it is? The dynamic nature of the buildings/units seem hella unique. I aint seen anything like it. Love your shit Commander. Glad i stumbled onto this channel. ❤️

Definitely more micro heavy than other titles. Only problem I have with RA3 is resource collection. I prefer collecting resources over fields than what RA3 gives you. But that's neither here nor there. And it also means you can expect those harvesters to be collecting from those platforms. So it's easier to find them in that way.

RA 3 has its flaws but it's a really good game overall. Macro is pretty easy it's much more about strategies, counters, and outplaying.

As was stated. ra3 be a bit more micro heavy but what i truly love here is the ability to construct on water it definitely changes the dynamic especially between land air sea units move interchangeably combined with unit skills

@@B2.Benedajenzo thank you: yea yeah, as i watched more of Sy's content, it became obvious it was the biggest change RA3 had.. but the implications/meta and implementation is unique. I think more RTSs would've taken bigger chances jf RA3 had been a titan like WoL was back then.

You know, when I watch a replay, I'm always asking myself why I didn't do some things, because now, when you are not under pressure, it's easier to think, but on those moments, even the best ones can't see clearly and make some wrong moves 🙂
