Like the last two tax planning strategies - the potential tax-free withdrawal from your pension fund to be used as a down payment on an investment property; and the capital write-off against taxable profits. Thought you explained, what will likely appear to be a very complex topic to many people, quite clearly. Some viewers may need to watch your video more than once, but, hey, as long as they watch the video for it's entirety, that's good news for your watch-time metrics!
