Thank you, these mental tools are very helpful. I have had some pretty consistent mind-loops throughout my life that I'm very ready to let go of. I've always called them ruminations, but I like mind loops better. (Found you through your Shaman Oaks episode, thank you for sharing your NDE experience.)

Hi Kevin, you're very welcome, and I am thankful for you too! Keep de-looping; the consistency (catching those thoughts as soon as possible and de-looping them) is what allows you to REALLY experience the full potential of these techniques in your life. It is SO worth the effort. All the best!

Thanks for the video. Could you provide a good resource for learning more about Self-Directed Neuroplasticity from a scientific research point of view or any other resource you found to be interesting and valuable on this subject? Thank you!

+Kimberly Leeman Hi Kimberly, Dr. Joe Dispenza is one of the best resources on this subject! All of his books go into self-directed neuroplasticity deeply. Valuable info - and inspiring too! ps I'm also just putting the final touches on an ebook about de-looping, titled, "How To Stop Negative Thoughts - What My Near-Death-Experience Taught Me About Mind Loops." It should be out by the first of the New Year. Wishing you all the best!

These techniques are definitely effective (ahh!!) - they take time and consistency however. So keep CHOOSING to follow them! Thank you for your comment - and wishing you the best!

Good points overall, and I think a useful video. Not complaining and nothing related to content itself, but I noticed with headphones in, when you speak audio only comes out of one headphone (left), and I tried this on pc speakers after and only comes out of the left speaker too, so possibly the way it was recorded, as when you play the music in between it plays perfect on both. Just wanted to note for future reference as it can be annoying sometimes.

Thanks much for the comment Nick! You're right - I was having trouble with audio at that time. New videos are on both audio channels. :-) Glad you enjoyed the content, and all the best to you!

this is a wonderful visual of blazing new trails in the brain. I've actually done this and seen amazing results. I used to be so uptight with my kids and couldn't fully enjoy them. I've been parenting this way for 25 years. i began focusing out of that loop and 2.+ years later i see I've become a funny kid person, like i always wanted to be, not to just my own children but others

Jennifer Ferreira Apologies for the 9 month delay in response - I just saw your comment now! I absolutely loved your comment. I don't have children, but I can only imagine how this would shift the parent-child relationship - amazing!! What a gift to give your children. (And yourself!)💝

I know deep down i know how to handle issues like such as my own but i just wanted to know if you have any tips on knocking off destructive and harmful habits? For me its physical but after the action of this negativity i project i feel horrible for days. I just find it hard to break from habits i picked up as a child.

The key is self-acceptance and self-love. You cannot undo the past, but you can make a new choice in the future - every moment. If you do it again, apologize, and let it go. Imagine who you want to be instead. Focus on that. The habit keeping you stuck is the remorse - replaying what you didn't want to happen in the first place in your mind. Rehearse only what you do want. When you notice your mind stuck on the past, bring it back, gently, with compassion, to what you do want instead. That's how those old habits become obsolete - when you have changed your focus often enough.

Cover up your chest? Really? You sound stupid. Let the lady wear what she wants and listen to what she has to say. And learn how to spell while you’re at it.

What is it within you that makes you so demanding of her? Like you are entitled to tell her what to do and when to do it and how she should be ( ie, cover your chest). You really need to get over yourself and your superiority complex that oozes from your comment!
