How you guys keep being losers even when you don't lose the game is amazing. JayB absolutely does not like Bama more than TN or a whole litany of other teams.

Bama lost a lot of good players when Saban retired...........and yet are still going to dominate the SEC. DeBoar was 25-3 in just two years at UW. (11-2, 14-1) That included back-to-back drubbings of Texas. With less talent than he has at Bama. He was in the Champ Game..........in his SECOND YEAR at UW. His passing O was MUCH better than Sarkisian's Texas team (#2 vs not even in the top 15 for Texas) He has a better winning percentage than Saban and with much less talent. Bama's new DC's S. Alabama defense was #15 D in D1. SOUTH ALABAMA. Think about what he is going to be able to do to teams' O's with the incredible increase in talent he will have available at Bama. Poor sweet little teams (and their sad little fan bases) that have been dreaming about Saban leaving so they can finally win some games against the Tide........and it is going to be the same old whippings by Bama that they have learned to take on their knees.

No shit. I thought Bilas was gonna go down and blow Nate Oates at halfcourt for the halftime show. Tennessee has one of the classiest coaches ever with 800+ wins and all he could talk about during his commentary was how great Alabama's coach is. We were winning by 6 with 6 min left but they hit a few clutch 3s and outscored us 18-12 in those last 6 min. Bama played a good game but we've GOT TO eliminate those turnovers. We're gonna get them in the SEC championship tho. I will say one thing. I think tenn could win it all

The one true hallmark of Nate Oats Alabama teams? No, you guessed wrong. It is not the offense. It is their consistently BLATANT disregard for taking care of the ball. They aren’t really a serious team. I’m a big fan. I want them to do well. But Oats’ teams have no chance of going deep in the NCAA Tournament. They have absolutely No CHANCE of winning a national championship. Until they are willing to fight for loose balls. Until they decide they are going to protect the ball. Until they decide to eliminate the constant lazy, sloppy, careless turnovers. They will NEVER, EVER, win in the big tournament. Tonight they played a team that is serious about winning. Not like them, a team that cared more about looking like The Cheese by making one handed grabs at loose balls (only to consistently lose them to the team that went after the ball with conviction) Tonight they played a disciplined, championship caliber team. Not like them, a team that thought if they are closest to the ball the other team will just let lhem mosey over toward the ball to get the rebound or lose ball without a single-mindedness to make sure they took possession of the ball (only to find the other team really knows how to win and goes all out after balls no matter who is closest to the ball originally…..and therefore consistently had their effort rewarded by taking possession of a ball Alabama should have possessed) Oats has had one serious, true championship-caliber player, when it comes to making plays that ensure wins. Herbert Jones. He would fight. He wasn’t more worried about looking cool. He was worried about winning. Period. And he made the basic, fundamental, blue-collar plays game in and game out that differentiate a talented team that has a gimmick that can help them win in the regular season against average to slightly above average teams, even in their league play, but has no chance when they play the teams that have mature, serious, tough and tough-minded players who work as hard to make the basic game-winning plays as the ones that get oohs and ahhs…….in their defeats.

Yeah turnovers have killed Bama since he's been here. 12 last night. Cut that in half we win the game. This is his least most talented team tho man. You gotta give them credit. Theyve done pretty well. I mean they are 1 game outta first place in the SEC. if they can get their shit together in March they will make some noise. I've said this for 2 months tho. I think Tenn might win it all. they are a veteran team loaded with good players.

Get over yourself. Sears ain't soft that's just a da to say..but I'll agree on the nelson comment. The only game he looked great in was against Auburn and he got very physical in that game. Pringle has stepped up big for us tho. He's getting better and better. I'll even say Stevenson is getting better being physical. One that has plagued Oats teams are turnovers. I don't understand it. You can pretty much look at every loss and the majority are bc of turnovers. If we could ever get rid of those we could do some damage.
