4 thousands of capital per cup, making pandan and cheese dessert box which melts in mouth. No oven!

Hi... this time I made pandan and cheese dessert box. Pandan sponge cake with cheese sauce which melts in mouth.
I use hand mixer from Mito (shp.ee/hix5vgk) and steamer wok from Stein (shp.ee/2ahquc4)
Pandan and Cheese Dessert Box Recipe

Baking pan size 20 x 20 cm.
Yields 6 pcs of 250 ml square thinwall.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 90 gr sugar
- a quarter tsp emulsifier (sp / ovalet)
- 100 gr all purpose flour
- half tsp baking powder
- half tsp pandan paste
- 50 ml full cream milk
- 50 ml vegetable / cooking oil
Cheese Sauce:
- 50 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 200 ml water
- 80 gr sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
