4 To 40! The Ambernath Story

In this docu-style video, we capture the transformative journey at the Godrej Industries Ltd. (Chemicals) factory in Ambernath, Maharashtra. From April 2022 to October 2023, in a span of 17 months, the factory's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts have seen an exciting result-an increase in the number of women employees from a mere 4 to an impressive 40.
