This is like a throwback to the very early church and l imagine how it would be if a Jewish believer of Jesus would teach folks all and everything about God from beginning to end. A first century teaching as if being taught by a disciple or Apostle. God has blessed you with knowledge and it shows. I also love how you are not reluctant to use Apocryphal works that were plainly in use in the first century. They fill in the Torah quite nicely. Frankly we are all blessed to find your channel. May God continue to bless you and your students and your ministry.

I LOVE these teachings. In all my years of Bible study, I have never heard such insights... But then how could I - except from someone with intimate knowledge of the original Torah language, and knowledge of the Hebrew calendaring system? Only a Jewish teacher could enlighten me with this knowledge. I am so glad to be a spiritual Jew, a grafted-in child of Abraham. Because of these teachings, I now feel it necessary to know Hebrew, and I am joyfully embarking on this new adventure. Adonai is teaching me so much! I only hope that as He shares this knowledge with me, I can somehow share it with others. I have also begun going to a Messianic congregation. I have always had a heart for the Jewish people, but it seems that the closer we get to the return of Yeshua, the more hungry I become for deeper knowledge of the Word of Adonai. These lectures are really feeding me. Thank you so much!

Though I am not a Trinitarian, I still agree with this teaching through the concept of “shaliach.” I do not believe Yeshua is HaShem, but the closest we can come to the true Shekinah of HaShem without dieing. Yeshua manifests HaShem in the flesh because Yeshua is perfect in His obedience through the Spirit given to Him without measure. We too manifest HaShem in the flesh when we do the mitzvot in Spirit and Truth as Yeshua’s example. (My understanding) Great teaching! Shalom!

If I’m not mistaken, and this is coming from memory. He pretty much says to live away from the cities. Rather in the country side. There’s quite a few verses backing this up but I would have to look in my notes. He gave me the gift of understanding and remembering. The words yes but, I do have trouble remembering the chapters and verses. I do understand but, sometimes that’s where a good teacher comes in. If they keep not his commandments and statues, then what else have they messed up? That’s the false religious system of hasatan. To mingle bitter with sweet. Lies with truth. It’s so difficult to find the true assembly. This is a very very good site that teaches truth. The restored Church of God is another. Only these two churches that speak the same true doctrines are what I listen to.

Isaiah 64 says, "Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your presence" Of course when we say this we also realize that His Spirit is everywhere and always with us and so speaking of His Glorious Divine Display before men is something special as in the following examples: 1. In the Garden (Gen. 3:8) 2. at the Tower of Babel (Gen. 11:7) 3. at the Deliverance of Israel from the Egyptians in the Red Sea (Ex. 14:19) 4. at Sinai (Ex. 19:18) 5. in the Tabernacle Most Holy Place 6. In the revelation to Moshe (Ex. 34:5) 7. And then one could argue His presence at in the mikveh of Yeshua in the form of a Dove as well as His revelation at the mount of Transfiguration... Just a few thoughts in answer to your question. Hope this helps and blesses you!

Many terms are used when describing the Divine Source as we seek to be all inclusive without offense to any group or persons. Hashem simply means "the name" when referring to the Holy name as some are offended when it is pronounced.

The New Covenant completely does away with the Old, no? Behold, the days come, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: In that he says, A new covenant, he has made the first old. Now that which decays and waxes old is ready to vanish away. Hebrews 8:
@AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers Жыл бұрын
No this is a misunderstanding as God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and is only calling the future covenant of His law written upon our heart and minds “new” in the sense that it will not need to be written on parchment or scrolls to be referred to but will be lived out naturally... "This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time," declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” Jeremiah 31:33 God through the Prophet Ezekiel confirms this as a double witness saying, “And I will give them one heart, and a new spirit I will put within them. I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 11:19 And again in Ezekiel 36:26, “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”

Q. How did Melchizedek live even after the flood? is it biblical? could you share proof text? thanks.
@AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers11 күн бұрын
Shalom brother! Various texts and oral traditions differ on the identity of the man called "Melchizedek." Under the assumption that Melchizedek is in fact Shem, son of Noah, as is one traditional rabbinic opinion and the one we believe is the most likely case, Genesis 11:10-11 states that he was 100 years old 2 years after the flood. He then went on to live 500 more years before he finally died. Having the blessing of his father Noah due to his upright conduct and plenty of years to gain wisdom and hone his character before the Lord, he seems the perfect candidate for the "righteous king" (literal meaning of Melchizedek) figure of his time. We believe he likely lived so long after the flood because he was born in antediluvian conditions which were more conducive to long life-spans.

Free will is an attribute of the Creator's character... but so is cause and effect and all sin and self-seeking eventually ends in self-destruction as it severs one from the Source of life and consciousness.

Patricia Smythe, By their actions, not their words, the first couple communicated that they, Adam and Chavvah, would decide for themselves what is right, and what is wrong. They chose the devil as their instructor, counselor. So their wise Creator communicated back to them by His sentencing, that .that. is exactly what they will do. For the remaing time of their life in this age, they will be expelled from the garden, and will be allowed to get their own way. And their offspring also. And allowed to have the devil as their counselor, influencer. While their Creator sent messengers to plead with them to turn to the only Way that works - His commands. So it is, man is allowed to sin during this age, and live under the influence of the devil; and allowed to suffer the consequences, and so learn he, mankind, cannot make his sin to work. Upon the return of Savior Yeshua, this unhappy age will be completed, and sin will not be allowed for ever more, Praise to Him!

Where is the story of Lots wife going out to ask her neighbors for salt, in Scripture?? Or where they hide bread for strangers to eat in Scripture??. These are added to where was your source? Thank you. I just dont want to add to the Original Scripture.
@AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers Жыл бұрын
It is historical and has been passed down through our Jewish Sages that this woman’s sorry end teaches of her life: even though she was rescued from the upheaval of Sodom, she was stricken together with the other inhabitants of the city, from which the Rabbis conclude that her actions, as well, were no different from those of the rest of Sodom’s populace. Jealous of others, she offered no hospitality to guests. The angels did not initially want to be her guests, but rather those of her husband Lot, since he was more righteous (Num. Rabbah 10:5); she even tried to bar their entry to the house. Lot’s wife divided their house into two parts and told her husband: “If you want to receive them, do so in your part” (Gen. Rabbah 50:6). Why was Lot's wife so against being hospitable? Lot wanted the members of his household to participate in the meritorious act of hospitality, as had Abraham, and he asked his wife to bring them salt. She responded: “Do you even wish to learn this bad habit from Abraham?” (Gen. Rabbah 50:4). Why was Lot different from all of the other Sodomites? Why did Lot's wife think this was a bad habit? She finally complied with her husband’s request, but she acted cunningly in order to remove the guests from her house. She went to her women neighbors to borrow salt. They asked her: “Why do you need salt, why didn’t you prepare enough beforehand?” She answered, “I took enough for our own needs, but guests came to us and it is for them that I need salt.” Why did she do this? In this manner all the people of Sodom knew that Lot was harboring guests. They stormed his house and demanded that he hand them over to the townspeople (Midrash Aggadah [ed. Buber], Gen. 19:26). Because she sinned through salt, Lot’s wife was punished by being turned into a pillar of the same material (Gen. Rabbah 51:5).
