First he didn't need Shred he needed Sunder. It's an AD Comp with a stacking AD first augment. Second he already had Sunder on the Kai'Sa that's why he didn't need the Kayle. Dude you should actually start reading and learning the game if you are going to comment. These chatters are coming to ruin the YT comments. I wish the dislike count for comments was also visible.

Fantastic patch Mortdog! gutted every reroll comp and know you either hit one of the 3 only fkn viable comps which are always contested or enjoy your 6-8 place. And random encounters has got to be the worst mechanic you've ever created, amazing work!

don't use the word "bug" as an excuse for a screwed up balance/oversight. scepter does say "heal for the damage dealt" nothing about "heal for the *additional* damage dealt" don't get me wrong, 100% omnivamp is busted af, but thats (one of ) the point(s) of pbe

First of all, I'd argue that the wording is correct. Perhaps if your home language is not English, it might not make sense. That's valid and they should make it clearer. If the wording is wrong, keep in mind that does not impact how it was implemented in the game. If they meant for it function as Mort described, an incorrect description does not change the implementation. Finally, it is bugged. Let's look at Kha's attacks on Sivir. Damage per Crit with Scepter: 130% AD (Crit Bonus Dmg) + 50% AD = 180% AD That's 149.4 damage. Damage dealt to 1* Sivir with 15 armor: 149.4(100/(115)) = 129,91 Even if they implemented the bonus damage as (150% AD) * (130%), you get 140 damage dealt after armor damage reduction. Kha was healing for more than that and that's using your interpretation of the words. If it is Mort's interpretation, the numbers are way off.

bug just means it doesn't do what the devs intended it to do. If the devs wanted it to heal for the bonus damage, then anything else is a bug. If the text suggests otherwise that's either a typo or unclear wording, but the bug is still a bug.
