sir jaisa ki upar likha hai two or more person who holds share jointly as they count only one member and in the second line you said that employee or ex-employee wo members mai count nahi honge how sir..??? fhir konse count honge and konse nhi..? must reply as soon as possible

in point 1 when two or more persons holds share they will be counted as one ( it is for non employees ) Point 2 is about employees, it is written that employee and ex-employee will not be counted as members.
