Although working for 34 years in the commercial aviation business mainly on the CAMO side on different jobs, it is always good to see another explanation. Well summarized and brought to the point. Congrats.

Thank you for the video. Just a small remark, the abbreviation you talked about in the beginning is MRO or MOR? Because on the screen it is written MOR. Thank you

Thank you for your comment. Yes, it’s a typo. Should be MRO. Maintenance Repair Organisation. Thanks for checking. Have a great day! 👍

Thank you very much for the video, it is very interesting. I would like to ask how is it possible to define the rating of a "general purpose" component in which it is the TC holder who decides the functionality of the component at aircraft level. I am referring to the maintenance of a computer in which, depending on the SW loaded by the TC holder, it will have one function or another. How is the maintenance of the component managed in this case? Thank you very much!

Dear Sir, thanks for the video. I would like to ask a question from EASA Part-145 regarding with the record keeping (145.A.55). As it states that "The organisation shall record the details of the maintenance work that is carried out within the scope of its approval. As a minimum, the organisation shall retain all the records that are necessary to prove that all the requirements have been met for the issue of the certificate of release to service, including, if any, subcontractor's release documents". Do you think that in the line maintenance organization should print out the AMM pages and attach to AML to prove that all requirements have been met? Otherwise how 145 organisation can prove that all requirements have been met for the work done in line maintenance, if documentation is being supplied by the operator. Yes it is written all necessary information (AMM Task number etc) in Aircraft Maintenance Log(AML) Page, but if someone ask whether work done is correct or not (for example in the audit), how 145 organization will prove it?
