So when Allah hates the unjust ruler. We can't even criticise him without becoming a khariji. Shouldn't this be judged case by case instead of braindead calling the criticisers khariji?

Ye sit should be judged case by case but the scholars have a major responsibility and they shouldn't let the country become like Tunisia, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, etc. They have wisdom that which we do not and who is given knowledge except by the will of Allah.

@@IbnHussain yea i agree with you. I'm in no position to be the judge. Idk much, but if for example a ruler were to allow gender mixing and Halloween and stuff. I'd say even a layman can speak out.

@@rizzwan-42069 this is why we do not have knowledge. In Ayat Al Kursi, Allah says "but no one can grasp any of His knowledge-except what He wills ˹to reveal˺" The scholars are more worthy of deciding since they do not just decide on impulse.
